DOCUMENT/CERTIFIED COPIES If you would like a copy of any Registry Record via mail, you can send a request to the Fitchburg Registry of Deeds, 166 Boulder Dr, Suite 202, Fitchburg, MA 01420. Include the book and page or document number reference of the record you are requesting, together with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a check payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
